It shows all your active tournaments, tracks your total buy-ins automatically, and stays fully synced with your Live Session Mode so every entry is instantly saved to your session results.

Do I need to plan a session before using it?

Yes. Your poker buy-in tracker pulls data from the session you built in Session Builder and launched into Live Session Mode. Once your session is live, the Grind Panel activates and is fully synced — all your planned tournaments are already there, ready to track. If you add an unplanned tournament mid-session, you can add it directly in the panel and your buy-in totals update instantly.

Can I add tournaments during a live session?

Yes. You can add any tournament directly in your poker buy-in tracker mid-session — even if it wasn't in your original plan. Your total buy-ins, session stats, and results all update automatically the moment you add it. Nothing needs to be restarted or manually recalculated.

How do I enter results quickly?

Each tournament row in your poker buy-in tracker includes quick action buttons. Log prize pool winnings, bounty winnings, or mark a tournament as finished or busted in just a few clicks — without opening any additional menus. For re-entries and rebuys, you can add them directly in the row just as fast. Everything is built for speed so logging results never costs you focus at the tables.

What if I need to enter more detailed results?

Click on any tournament in your poker buy-in tracker to expand it into a full detail view. You'll get access to: final position entry, final table checkbox, separate prize pool and bounty fields, re-entry and rebuy counts, addon amounts, and full editing of any previously entered data. This is also where you correct mistakes — everything is editable at any point during or after your session.

What session stats can I see in the Grind Panel?

Your poker buy-in tracker shows a live stats bar at the top of the Grind Panel with: total buy-ins logged, total cashes recorded, and number of active tables. This gives you a real-time snapshot of your session without needing to open the full Live Session view. For more detailed stats — ROI, profit, $/hour, ITM — you can switch to the Session Statistics tab or go back to Live Session Mode in the web app.

Do I need to keep Selection Poker open to use the Grind Panel?

No. You don't need to keep the Selection Poker tab visible on your screen. Just keep it minimized in your browser — your poker buy-in tracker will still show all your active tournaments and stay fully synced with the web app. Log your buy-ins and results in the Grind Panel as you play, and during breaks or after your session, open the full app to see detailed stats, profit breakdown, and your complete session history.

How do poker tournament alerts work in the Grind Panel??

Selection Poker lets you create custom alerts for every tournament in your schedule. When building your session, you can choose exactly when notifications should appear — whether that's before registration opens, shortly before a tournament starts, or before late registration closes. You can apply the same settings across your entire session or customize alerts for individual MTTs.
